Finding Your Voice

Finding your voice sounds simple, doesn’t it?

Surely, we all have a voice we can confidently share our ideas and thoughts whenever we want, and it truly comes from ourselves.

Surely this comes naturally to everyone with no ease at all.

Based on my experience with clients this isn’t always the case. Sometimes this is what is stopping them from pushing forward with their ideas, pursuing new job opportunities, or putting themselves first.

Do you find yourself saying something which surprises you and you are not sure where it has come from? That could be something you heard from someone else who has influenced you rightly or wrongly. This could be your true voice coming into play. But knowing which is it and when it isn’t fully coming into play is so important so that you can be truly yourself.

Your voice is truly yours and that enables you to come from a place of your authentic self. However, not everyone knows their voice until they have explored it. Not everyone has the confidence to even feel that the voice is theirs and being heard.

Spending time working through your voice and being comfortable with it is so important for your energy, your self-worth, and your potential.

Working with someone who struggled to find their own voice at times can be helpful as I know what it is like. Having that time out with a coach to work through your voice, your dreams and desires and knowing what your voice truly is, is so powerful.

So how do you work with your voice and your own story?

For me, it was about taking time out and working with a coach who understood, knew my history, and genuinely wanted me to find my voice. Getting your confidence back is one of the key elements but I found working with a coach was one of my steps.

I now come from a place of wanting to support others in their voice and provide them with the space to do this and build up that confidence. Everyone deserves this opportunity and for their inner voice to come through.

So have you found your voice?
