My nature is to support others through coaching. I love helping others and in particular with the individual and their business. It doesn't matter at what stage, I am there along their journey but truly believe having a coach alongside can help individuals see the wood for the trees.
Having my own coach, I certainly know the power it helps me with my work, my life and future vision in business.

Dawn is one of the founders of Your Time Coaching and is now a fully trained Yoga Teacher. Dawn focuses on strengthen and balancing your body and mind. Very supportive whether you have 1 to 1's or in a group setting.
As someone who works on her own, when I first met Sarah, I could see the usefulness in engaging her services. It's helpful to have someone to be able to sound off ideas and problems to and Sarah provides a great sounding board to do this. She also asks the ‘right’ questions that help to prompt other thoughts and suggestions and ultimately gives focus to me to move forward in my business. Sarah also uses her own experiences with business to prompt suggestions and mentors me through situations. In doing so, this ultimately helps me to improve my business. It's great to have the accountability that Sarah gives in her feedback and the coaching support is an invaluable asset to my business as a whole.
I like to formulate and create goals and projects in six month time slots. When I am assessing whether my goals or projects at the end of six month period and whether they have been a success or led to growth, I can so easily see the negative in not having achieve my goals or got the outcome from the project I expected. But then Sarah is always available to provide the fresh and alternative positive viewpoint allowing me to either build on them or create new ones. Sarah then also helps to me to create lists of ordered action points and target points from the tangled ‘mind map’ in my mind which has arisen from brainstorming new goals and projects for the forthcoming six months. It is therefore Sarah’s positive outlook to almost everything and ability to order my ideas and planned actions into ordered and linear way that I seek, which she never fails to provide.
Sarah is a formidable force when it comes to focus and motivation. With very practical steps she enables businesses, and individuals to clear the mental clutter and get that 'one thing' done each day to progress the business. Working in partnership with Dawn creates a fabulous team of combined skills to offer an holistic and practical vision for new and already established businesses, whatever the size. I participated in a 5 session program which has already seen great improvements in my business and time management practices, resulting in a more favourable work/ life balance, along with a very exciting future!
I cannot thank Sarah enough for her help and support. Look at the date of this review and you will see that its being written on the 3rd day of 'lockdown'.
Last week was one of my lowest point in years (and I consider myself and extremely positive person) and was considering postponing an appointment with Sarah that I'd had booked for quite a while as I felt it probably wasn't relevant to try and focus on my business with such an ever changing situation. BUT I didn't and what a good choice I made! Not only did we work through and create some plans that were long overdue, but she gave me my positivity back and that is FAR more important for my health and wellbeing. Thank you Sarah, I will do my homework and I am looking forward to the next few months - despite all that is going on over this crazy few weeks! See you on the other side!
